Job summary

Select Health Care, part of the Hartford Care Group, is seeking a Care Assistant for day or night shifts at Sherborne Court Neurological Centre in Crewe. The role focuses on compassionate, person-centered care and quality support for residents with brain injury or neurological conditions.

Ideal candidates have prior care home experience and NVQ 2+ in Health and Social Care. Benefits include DBS check, ongoing training, parking and a company pension scheme. DBS clearance is required.

Salary: £12.71 p/h

Location: Sherborne Court Neurological Centre, Crewe, CW1 4LB

Sherborne Court is situated in Crewe and is a nursing home which fully understands and cares for the longer term needs of people with either a Brain injury or Neurological condition.

The role of a Care Assistant at Select is to provide high quality personal care, support our residents needs and provide person-centred care. You need to be kind, compassionate and want to make a difference to our residents lives. We pride ourselves on training, and you will receive training from your first day of work.

The ideal candidate:

• Previous experience working within a care or nursing home
• NVQ 2 and above qualification in Health and Social care is desirable
