Jasmine Healthcare in Walkeringham seeks a flexible Care Assistant for day and night shifts. Join a mission-led team delivering person-centred care to residents, with full-time or part-time permanent contracts. The role covers personal care, daily living support, and promoting independence within a warm, supportive home.

Mansioni

• Provide the highest level of care in supporting residents with daily living activities, including personal care such as washing, dressing and eating.
• Promote residents' independence with focus on choice, dignity and respect, and support physical and emotional wellbeing.
• Complete Daily Charts to a high standard, achieving 90%+ in monthly audits.
• Maintain 100% current with mandatory annual training.
