Qualifications

• Residing 30 minutes or less near to the care home.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest possible level of care in supporting residents with daily living activities.
• Promote residents' independence with focus on choice, dignity and respect.
• Complete Daily Charts to a high standard with 90%+ in audits.
• Stay 100% current with mandatory training throughout the year.
