Amica Care is opening Greenland's Meadow, a brand-new care home, and seeks compassionate Care Assistants (Days) to join the team. You will support residents in daily routines, promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing in a person-centred approach.

Responsibilities

• Getting to know residents as individuals and supporting their personal routines.
• Helping residents with day-to-day activities while promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing.
• Building warm relationships with residents, families, colleagues and visiting professionals.
• Noticing changes or concerns and communicating them to the team for appropriate support.
• Keeping clear care records and coordinating with colleagues to ensure high-quality care.
• Following safeguarding, infection prevention, confidentiality and wellbeing guidelines.
• Contributing to a friendly team and a home where residents feel comfortable and respected.
