Job summary

Quality Service Recruitment Limited is seeking a Care Assistant in West Bridgford to help residents with personal care and daily activities. This role emphasizes maintaining independence and quality of life within a supportive team.

You will follow personalised care plans, report issues promptly, and work a typical weekday schedule starting early in the morning. Training in safeguarding, moving and handling, and infection control is provided if needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within a similar care environment.
• Checkable work history.
• Up-to-date mandatory training: Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults, Moving and Handling, and Infection Control.
• In-date enhanced DBS check (we can arrange a new one if expired).

Location: West Bridgford, Nottinghamshire, NG2 7AF

*Ideal position for a Care Assistant looking for flexible shifts*

The home provides care for residents aged 18-65, and as a Care Assistant, you would provide a key role in the efficient running of the service.

You will be helping residents with personal care and daily activities, encouraging the service users to remain as independent as possible.

Other responsibilities include:

• following personalised care plans
• reporting any issues you may encounter

If you wish to be considered for this rewarding role you must have the following:

• You must have proven experience within a similar care environment
• Have a checkable work history
• Have up to date mandatory training documents, Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults, Moving and Handling, and Infection Control. Should you not have up to date certificates we can offer online training, with an added fee
• Have an in date enhanced DBS check, if your DBS have expired, we can offer the facility to arrange a new one for you.

This is an ongoing opportunity and rewarding role.

Your typical hours will be between Monday to Friday starting at 07.00 and finishing at 14.00

You will be paid an hourly rate of £13.15 plus up to 28 accrued holiday pay
