Job summary

Amica Care is seeking a Care Assistant to join our caring team in the charity-led organisation. You will support residents with daily living, provide companionship and help maintain a warm, dignified environment that promotes independence and well‑being.

No strict experience is required, as full training is provided; the role emphasizes a compassionate mindset, strong communication, and a willingness to learn within an inclusive workplace.

Care Assistant on to Join Our Caring Team at Amica Care

What You'll Be Doing Day to Day
  • Supporting residents with daily living, helping with personal care, meals, and activities to promote independence and wellbeing.
  • Providing companionship- listening, chatting and making every interaction warm and meaningful.
  • Creating a safe and nurturing environment- supporting residents' physical, emotional and social needs with patience and dignity.
  • Working as part of a a great team- communicating with colleagues and following care plans to ensure the highest standard of care
