Job summary

Aurem Care is seeking a caring Care Assistant to support residents in maintaining dignity, independence, and quality of life. You will provide personal care, build relationships, and work as part of a dedicated care team.

We offer part-time shifts with a competitive hourly rate of £12.71, paid annual leave, pension, DBS support, free on-site parking, and training through Your Hippo. Apprenticeship opportunities are also available for career growth.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents to maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing high-quality personal care and emotional support to residents.

• Maintaining accurate records using our electronic care planning system, Nourish.
• Working collaboratively as part of a dedicated care team.

• Undertaking additional duties as required to ensure the smooth delivery of care services.

About You

  • 8:00am - 8:00pm (Covering 2 days per week)
