Job summary

Aurem Care in Ashtead is seeking caring individuals to support residents with personal care and social activities. You will be part of a dedicated team delivering high-quality care and memorable experiences for residents.

Full or part-time roles available. Comprehensive training will be provided, and you will work with a supportive team using our Nourish platform to enhance care delivery. Competitive hourly rate and benefits on offer.

What does the job role involve?

The role includes but is not limited to:

• Caring and supporting our amazing residents in their journey with Aurem Care.
• Providing personal care, social support and making impactful and heart warming memories.
• Ensuring the needs of our residents are met through the use of our electronic care platform “Nourish”
• Work within a committed team member
• Showing positive caring values in all aspects of practice
• Any ad hoc duties to meet service delivery for our residents.

• Flexible hours 22, 33 or 44 hours available per week, inclusive of weekend work (bank options also available!)
