Job summary

Aurem Care Shared Services Limited is seeking caring individuals to join our team in Preston. The role involves providing personal care, social support, and creating positive memories for residents during night shifts. You will work with a committed team and use our Nourish platform to meet residents' needs.

Experience is helpful but training is provided; strong communication and teamwork are essential to deliver compassionate care and support residents’ continuing interests.

What does the job role involve?

• Caring and supporting our amazing residents in their journey with Aurem Care.
• Providing personal care, social support and making impactful and heart warming memories.
• Ensuring the needs of our residents are met through the use of our electronic care platform “Nourish”
• Work within a committed team member
• Showing positive caring values in all aspects of practice
• Any ad hoc duties to meet service delivery for our residents.

• Hourly rate: £12.71 per hour
• Flexible hours 33 hours available per week, inclusive of weekend work (bank options also available!)
• Hours: 8pm - 8am
