Job summary

The JobsBoard is seeking a Care Assistant to support a complex care package in Northfleet, Kent. You’ll provide person‑centred assistance in a home environment for days or nights, with flexible full‑time or part‑time hours and full training where required.

You will contribute to personal care, daily routines and clinical tasks, working with a specialist care team and ensuring high standards of safety and compassion for service users.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex care with the relevant UK clinical skills is essential.
• Caring, reliable and confident in a home-care setting.
• Available to work 13h shifts pattern.
• Driver (must be a driver).
• Unrestricted UK Right to Work; visa sponsorship not available.
