Job summary

Harmony Healthcare in East Ham is seeking compassionate Complex Care Healthcare Assistants to join our community-based teams. The role offers a zero hours contract with consistent rostering and pay of £15.20 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay.

Shifts include day and night coverage, and full training is provided. We value empathy, person-centered care, and safeguarding, with penalties and rewards aligned to safe, inclusive practice.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex care is desirable.
• Full training provided by Harmony Healthcare.
• Experience with children and/or adults with complex health needs preferred but not essential.

Role Overview

Location: East Ham

Pay: £15.20 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay – clearly itemised on payslips)

Shifts Available: Day and Night shifts

Contract Type: Zero Hours Contract – with consistent rostering to ensure continuity for both staff and clients

What You’ll Bring

Previous experience in complex care (tracheostomy, PEG, ventilation, seizure management) desirable — full training provided

A genuine passion for person-centred care and community-based working

Experience supporting children and/or adults with complex health needs (preferred but not essential)

Empathy, emotional intelligence, and a strong desire to make a difference
