Job summary

McCarthy & Stone Ltd is seeking a compassionate care assistant to support residents at Lysander House in Ickenham. You will help with daily tasks, promote independence and wellbeing, and engage with the community.

Experience in UK health and social care is preferred (1+ year), with optional Level 2 QCF in Health and Social Care. The role offers paid full training, holiday entitlement, pension, and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1+ year in a UK health and social care role preferred.
• Qualification: Level 2 QCF in Health and Social Care (Adults) is a plus, but not essential.
• Personality: Caring, dependable, and passionate about supporting older adults.

• Supporting residents with daily domestic tasks like appointments, light cleaning, laundry and shopping.
