Job summary

Exemplar Health Care is seeking a Health Care Assistant for Wheldale Heights care home in Castleford. You will support adults with complex care needs to live their best lives, with 12-hour shift patterns (8:00–20:00 or 20:00–08:00) and a rate of £13.71 per hour.

The role aims to provide a sense of achievement and pride, making a real difference daily. You'll help with personal care, meals, and health monitoring, while promoting dignity, independence and social participation.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience and qualifications are valued but not essential.
