Job summary

Exemplar Health Care is seeking a Health Care Assistant at Wheldale Heights in Castleford. The role involves supporting adults with complex care needs, providing personal care, assisting with meals, and promoting dignity and independence. Shifts can be 4, 6 or 12 hours, including nights and days.

You’ll join a team delivering care in a home setting, with induction and ongoing training, and opportunities for development within Exemplar Health Care.

Qualifications

• Ability to support daily living activities

Responsibilities

• Support residents with personal care and daily living tasks
• Assist residents at meal times and monitor wellbeing
• Complete and maintain accurate care records
• Encourage participation in social activities and promote independence
