Job summary

New Lodge, a JRHT care facility in New Earswick, seeks compassionate care assistants to support residents aged 55+ and help with daily tasks. You will become a familiar face to residents and families, contributing to a warm, inclusive community.

Shifts run 7:00am to 8:30pm; full-time roles are 3 shifts per week totaling 37.5 hours. DBS checks apply; Right to Work in the UK is required; sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Naturally motivated to help other people.

• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Flexible to changing standards and codes of conduct.
• Able to stay calm under pressure.
• Care experience and DBS check are required.
