Silvercrest is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant at our home in Wales. You will assist residents with daily activities, monitor well-being, and engage them in social and developmental activities. You will build relationships with residents and families while working with the care and nursing team to deliver high-quality care.

A supportive environment and comprehensive induction are provided. Energetic, motivated, and caring individuals are encouraged to apply.

Qualificações

• Energetic, motivated, and caring individual.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous care experience is desirable but not essential.
