Job summary

Silvercrest Care is seeking energetic Care Assistants for bank/relief shifts at our Swansea area home. You will support residents with daily living, provide compassionate care, and work closely with our care team to maintain high standards.

No formal experience required; full training and induction will be provided. This role offers flexible hours to fit around other commitments, and the opportunity to grow within a supportive care environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in care desirable but not essential.
• Energetic, motivated and caring individuals wanted.
• Training and induction provided.
• Ability to commute to Ystradgynlais is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing care and support to residents in our home.
• Assisting with daily activities such as personal care, dressing, mealtime support, and mobility.
• Monitoring residents' physical and emotional well-being.
• Engaging in activities to promote socialisation and mental stimulation.
• Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.

We are currently seeking Care Assistants to join our passionate team on a bank/relief basis.

Location - Cwrt Enfys, Ystradgynlais, SA9 1DS

Looking to fill 2x Relief / Bank worker positions.

Are you energetic, motivated, and caring? Do you have a positive mindset and a can-do attitude? We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as a Care Assistant at our home. Experience is not essential, but desired, as training will be provided along with a comprehensive induction program.

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing care and support to residents in our home

• Assisting with daily activities such as personal care, dressing, mealtime support, and mobility.

• Monitoring and recording residents' physical and emotional well-being

• Engaging in activities with residents to promote socialization and mental and emotional stimulation

• Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families

• Collaborating with the care & nursing team to ensure high-quality care is delivered

• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents
