Job summary

Colten Care is seeking a caring Health Care Assistant for Woodpeckers in Brockenhurst, Hampshire. The role focuses on compassionate, hands-on resident support, with strong teamwork alongside our Nursing staff available 24 hours a day.

We offer an excellent hourly rate (£13.09–£15.41), a comprehensive induction, ongoing training, and a clear path for progression within our award-winning, family-owned care home group. Join us to help keep residents thriving and comfortable.

Qualifications

• Compassion is in your nature and you’re willing to be hands-on with residents.
• You’re organised, hard-working, resilient, with good observation skills, attention to detail and a sense of fun.
• You don’t need prior experience; you’ll receive a comprehensive induction and ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with daily living tasks and personal care.
• Work closely with nursing teams available 24 hours a day.
