Advantage Healthcare, part of CCH, is seeking a Complex Care Assistant to provide overnight support for a lady with complex care needs in her family home in Bognor Regis. This role focuses on personal care, safety, and wellbeing during the night, with a compassionate, patient approach.

No prior complex care experience is required; full training and paid induction are provided. Key skills include PEG feeding, catheter care, medication administration, and moving/handling.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex care is desirable, but kindness, patience and willingness to learn are essential.
• Overnight care involves personal care, meal prep, medication administration and support with appointments.
• Client lives with a welcoming family in a pet-free home and values person-centred support.

Responsabilités

• Provide overnight support for a lady with complex care needs in her family home.
• Deliver calm, respectful, and attentive care to ensure comfort, safety and wellbeing during the night.
• Assist with personal care, food preparation, medication administration and appointments.

Complex Care Assistant: Role & Responsibilities

We are seeking a patient, compassionate, and reliable individual to provide overnight support for a lady with complex care needs in her family home, delivering calm, respectful, and attentive care to ensure her comfort, safety, and wellbeing throughout the night; duties include personal care, food preparation, medication administration, and support with social activities and appointments. The client lives with a supportive, welcoming family in a pet-free home, has a creative personality, and enjoys films, arts and crafts, and hypnotherapy, valuing reassuring, person-centred support. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is genuinely caring, detail-oriented, and committed to high-quality home-based care; experience in complex care is desirable, but kindness, patience, and a willingness to learn are essential.
