Job summary

CCH (Advantage Healthcare, part of CCH) is seeking a Complex Care Assistant to provide overnight care for a lady with complex needs in her family home in Bognor Regis. You will deliver calm, respectful, person-centred support during the night, including personal care, meal preparation and medication administration.

Experience in complex care is preferred but not essential; full training and paid induction are provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight support for a lady with complex care needs in her home

Complex Care Assistant: Role & Responsibilities

We are seeking a patient, compassionate, and reliable individual to provide overnight support for a lady with complex care needs in her family home, delivering calm, respectful, and attentive care to ensure her comfort, safety, and wellbeing throughout the night; duties include personal care, food preparation, medication administration, and support with social activities and appointments. The client lives with a supportive, welcoming family in a pet-free home, has a creative personality, and enjoys films, arts and crafts, and hypnotherapy, valuing reassuring, person-centred support. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is genuinely caring, detail-oriented, and committed to high-quality home-based care; experience in complex care is desirable, but kindness, patience, and a willingness to learn are essential.
