Hartford Care's Newland House Care Home in Witney is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. This full-time role (36 hours per week) focuses on delivering high-quality, individualised care that preserves residents' privacy, dignity and independence.

No previous experience is required as full training is provided. You will work with a flexible, caring team and this position includes DBS checks and competitive benefits.

Job description

Employment Type: Full Time / 36 hours per week
Home: Newland House Care Home, 50 Newland, Witney, Oxfordshire, OX28 3JG

Due to the location of the home, being a driver is highly preferable.

As a Care Assistant, you will provide high quality individualised care and support for each resident, promoting and upholding our residents' privacy, dignity and independence at all times.

Your role is to create a happy, caring and safe atmosphere, putting residents' needs first, providing a wide range of physical, social, emotional and psychological support tailored to the individual. We respect differences and recognise our staff and residents will have different needs.

No previous experience is required for this role as we will provide full training. Therefore, if this is your first role in care, we will support you fully. We do require you to demonstrate a flexible, hard-working and caring attitude, with a desire to work as part of a dedicated team and have the right to work in the UK.
