Job summary

A dedicated Support Worker is sought by Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Walton-on-Thames, Surrey to join a boutique luxury care home. You will deliver compassionate personal care, assist residents with daily activities, and promote independence in a modern residential and nursing setting.

The role requires an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent), is full-time at 36 hours per week on day shifts, and offers a salary of £12.80–£13.45 per hour with monthly pay, plus comprehensive

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent is required.
• Experience in care settings is preferred.
• Good communication and teamwork are essential.

**To be considered for this position you must hold an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent**

As the Support Worker your key duties include:

• Be an essential part of the team, promoting the well-being and providing the highest quality of care to residents
• Assist with daily tasks, inclusive of all personal care assistance from supporting with personal hygiene, through to days out and companionship
• Encourage independence, well-being and supporting vulnerable individuals with their daily routines and activities
• Ensure accurate record keeping at all times

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Have a genuine desire to care for others
• A good team player
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience of working in a care setting

The successful Support Worker will receive an excellent salary of £12.80 - £13.45 per hour - Pay frequency is monthly. This exciting position is a permanent full time role for 36 hours a week on day shifts.
