TipTopJob is recruiting a Support Worker for a care home in the Ditchingham, Bungay area. The role is a permanent full-time position working 36 hours per week on day shifts. Compensation is GBP 13.45 per hour, with an annual salary of GBP 25,178.40 and a comprehensive benefits package.

To be considered for this position you must hold an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent

As a Support Worker Your Key Duties Include

• Be an essential part of the team, promoting the well:being and providing the highest quality of care to residents
• Assist with daily tasks, inclusive of all personal care assistance from supporting with personal hygiene, through to days out and companionship
• Encourage independence, well:being and supporting vulnerable individuals with their daily routines and activities
• Ensure accurate record keeping at all times
