Job summary

Hartford Care's Newland House Care Home in Witney, Oxfordshire is seeking a Care Assistant for full-time night shifts (48 hours). You will support residents with a wide range of needs, in a dedicated team, ensuring a warm, safe environment.

No previous experience is required as we provide full training. A flexible, hard-working and caring attitude is essential, with a commitment to residents' privacy and dignity.

Employment Type: Full Time - Night Shift - 48 hours

Home: Newland House Care Home, 50 Newland, Witney, Oxfordshire, OX28 3JG

Due to the location of the home, being a driver is highly preferable.

As a Care Assistant, you will provide high quality individualised care and support for each resident, promoting and upholding our residents' privacy, dignity and independence at all times.

Your role is to create a happy, caring and safe atmosphere, putting residents' needs first, providing a wide range of physical, social, emotional and psychological support tailored to the individual. We respect differences and recognise our staff and residents will have different needs.

No previous experience is required for this role as we will provide full training. Therefore, if this is your first role in care, we will support you fully. We do require you to demonstrate a flexible, hard-working and caring attitude, with a desire to work as part of a dedicated team and have the right to work in the UK.
