Job summary

Lauriem Complete Care in Maidstone is hiring Care Assistants to provide person-centred home care across Malling and surrounding Medway towns. Competitive pay £13.10 per hour with enhanced pay for unsociable hours and doubles on holidays.

We offer guaranteed hours via permanent contracts, flexible shifts 7am–2pm and 4pm–10pm, fully funded NVQ qualifications from day one, and a supportive environment with training and shadow shifts to help you grow in your role.

• Travel requirements: full UK driving license, own car, business insurance required.
• Right to work in the UK is mandatory; sponsorship not offered.
• Ability to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care to older adults across Malling helping them regain independence in their own homes.
