Job summary

Lauriem Complete Care is seeking dedicated Care Assistants to support older adults in their own homes. Flexible hours and permanent contracts are offered, with paid training and progression through NVQ qualifications.

You will deliver person-centred care across Swanley and surrounding areas, including personal care, meal prep, light housework, shopping, and companionship. No experience required; full training provided.

• Full UK driving licence and own car required.

• Ability to work AM/PM shifts and weekends.

About the Role

• Travel Requirements: This is a community-based role, so a full UK driving licence, your own car, and business insurance are essential.
