Lauriem Complete Care is hiring a Care Assistant to support older adults in their own homes across Medway. No prior experience is required as full training is provided, with a focus on person-centred care and promoting independence.

Salary: £13.10 per hour. Additional benefits include enhanced pay for unsociable hours and double-time compensation for work carried out on public holidays.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care to older adults across Medway helping them regain independence in their own homes.

No experience needed – full training provided!
