Job summary

Lauriem Complete Care is seeking caring individuals to join our care team in Maidstone and surrounding areas. As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred support to older adults in their own homes, helping them stay independent and comfortable.

No prior experience is required as full training is provided; we value reliability and a compassionate approach. Roles include guaranteed hours and flexible shift patterns across mornings and evenings.

Qualifications

• Travel requirements: a full UK driving licence, your own car, and business insurance are essential.
• Right to work in the UK is required. Sponsorship is not available.
• Ability to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends.
