Job summary

Moss View Care Home in Huyton, Liverpool, is seeking a caring Care Assistant to provide daily living support and compassionate care to residents. You will help with personal care, mobility and nutrition, contributing to residents’ wellbeing and comfort.

The role offers contracted 33 or 44 hours per week with pay of £12.95–£13.45 per hour, with PVG/DBS paid, uniform provided and 5.6 weeks annual leave for full-time colleagues.

About Moss View Care Home Our 77 bedded home provides residential, nursing and residential dementia care.

Located in Huyton, Liverpool, Moss View is a warm and welcoming home with a strong community feel.

5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract) Role Overview As a Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in our residents lives everyday.

This role is central to delivering high quality, person centred care that supports dignity, independence and overall wellbeing.

You will support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected and valued.

By following care plans and recognising changes in condition, you will contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care.

Working as part of a supportive team, you will help create a warm and positive environment where relationships matter and people feel truly cared for.

This opportunity is open to both experienced carers and those new to care, with full training, guidance and ongoing development provided to support your journey.
