Job summary

Home Healthcare Connected in Warrington is looking for a dedicated carer to support clients in their own homes across Great Sankey, Penketh, Westbrook and surrounding areas.

You will assist with personal care, help with meals, administer medications where required, and travel between visits using your own vehicle or a provided carer app to streamline tasks and ensure safe, compassionate care.

The Role: Supporting clients in Great Sankey, Penketh, Westbrook, Burtonwood and surrounding areas, this is a community-based role, where you will assist with personal care, medication, and meals, visiting people in their own homes and travelling between client visits. For this role, a driving licence and access to a vehicle is required.
