Job summary

Home Healthcare Connected is seeking a compassionate carer to support clients in Dudley and surrounding areas. You will assist with personal care, meals, and medications, visiting clients in their own homes and traveling between visits using your own vehicle when possible.

The role emphasizes flexible shifts across mornings, days, evenings and nights, with training provided and a focus on reducing hospitalisations through our carer app. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.

The Role: Supporting clients in Dudley, Brierley Hill, Kingswinford, Stourbridge, Oldbury and surrounding areas, this is a community-based role, where you will assist with personal care, medication, and meals, visiting people in their own homes and travelling between client visits. For this role, a driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred.
