Job summary

TipTopJob is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for a leading care home in Walton-on-Thames, Surrey. You will join a boutique luxury facility offering residential and nursing care, with a focus on well-being and companionship for residents.

The role requires an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent, with shifts covering days or nights. Earn £13.45 per hour, equating to around £25,178.40 per year, with pension and ongoing training included.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for accurate handovers and records.

To be considered for this position you must hold an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.

As The Support Worker Your Key Duties Include

• Be an essential part of the team, promoting the well:being and providing the highest quality of care to residents
• Assist with daily tasks, inclusive of all personal care assistance from supporting with personal hygiene, through to days out and companionship
• Encourage independence, well:being and supporting vulnerable individuals with their daily routines and activities
• Ensure accurate record keeping at all times

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

Benefits

The successful Support Worker will receive an excellent salary of GBP13.45 per hour and the annual salary of GBP25,178.40 per annum.
