Job summary

Routes Healthcare is seeking a Female Care Assistant - Driver with Own Vehicle to provide home-based care in Burnley and surrounding areas. The role involves visiting clients at home, delivering person-centred care, helping with daily activities, and supporting medication and nutrition needs.

We have clients in Burnley and surrounding areas

Pay Rate: 14.24 per hour (including holiday pay) + 30p per mile

About The Role

This is a homecare position - you'll be travelling to clients' homes throughout the day to provide person-centred care and support.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Visiting vulnerable and palliative clients in their own homes
  • Providing personal care with dignity and respect
  • Supporting with medication management
  • Assisting with meal preparation and nutrition
  • Working solo or as part of a 2-person team depending on client needs
  • Supporting clients with a variety of different care requirements
  • Travelling between client visits throughout your shift
