We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Care Assistant to join our team. Whether providing long-term or short-term care, convalescence, respite, or palliative care, our focus is on delivering the highest quality service at all times.
Under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you'll be responsible for the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents. This includes assisting with personal care activities such as washing, hygiene, dressing, and helping with meals.
Deliver care that comes from the heart, ensuring residents maintain their dignity and individuality. Your involvement may include helping residents with mobility aids, providing emotional support to distressed individuals, or caring for those at the end of life, always prioritizing their well-being.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know the appropriate steps to take. All colleagues will attend safeguarding training relevant to their role and undertake additional related training. You should also be able to seek advice and escalate concerns when necessary.
