Please note that this is a full-time role working 44 hours per week, with full flexibility to work both day and night shifts.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and committed Care Assistant to join our team. Whether providing long or short-term, convalescence, respite, or palliative care, our focus is on delivering the highest quality service at all times.
As a Care Assistant, under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you’ll be responsible for the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents. This includes assisting with personal care activities, helping with meals, and supporting residents in general activities within the care home.
You’ll deliver care that truly comes from the heart, ensuring residents retain their dignity and individuality. This may involve helping with mobility, offering emotional support, or delivering end-of-life care, always prioritizing their well-being.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know the appropriate actions to take. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training and undertake additional role-specific training.
