Hartford Care Limited is seeking a Senior Care Assistant for night shifts who will provide high quality, individualised care to residents and lead the night team with warmth and professionalism.
You will supervise staff, ensure accurate handovers, promote privacy, dignity and independence, and contribute to a calm, caring atmosphere on duty while supporting residents with evening routines and late-night care needs.
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will provide high quality, individualised care and support to residents during the night time, promoting each person's privacy, dignity and independence, be responsible for supervising and leading the shift and team members, and working together as a team to create a happy and caring atmosphere.
Whether you are carrying out a direct observation on a care assistant supporting someone to have a late night snack, checking that a resident's turning chart has been completed, giving a detailed handover to the morning team, or assisting a resident to get ready for bed in the evening, you will do so with care at the heart of everything you do.
