You’ll help us make health happen by:

  • Assisting residents with high standards of clinical, social, and emotional care, recognizing and meeting their specific needs
  • Supporting residents with a variety of requirements, from companionship to personal care
  • Supporting nurses or senior care assistants in monitoring residents and reporting changes
  • Communicating with residents’ families, friends, and healthcare professionals

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:

We seek motivated, positive individuals with excellent interpersonal skills who understand what is important to others. Whether experienced or new to the sector, we provide support and training to help you develop, including training on our new digital care system, transforming how you work and focusing on resident care.
