What you’ll do
We are offering a unique support worker opportunity to join a team supporting a gentleman with a spinal cord injury. He is a full-time wheelchair user but remains ambitious to live life to the fullest. Your role will involve supporting him with his rehabilitation through daily physiotherapy and exercise programmes, as well as assisting with daily activities and outings.
You are a caring, reliable, and flexible individual who enjoys variety. No previous qualifications or experience are necessary, as full training will be provided, including shift shadowing and support from team members.
No care experience is required to apply for this role. What matters most is your care, compassion, and resilience. We will provide full nurse-led training to support you in your role.
