Job summary

Komplex Care is hiring a Paediatric Care Assistant in Sutton Coldfield. You will provide compassionate, nurse-led care in the client's home, supporting individuals with complex needs including autism and challenging behaviour. Weeknights, plus weekend shifts, form part of a rotating schedule, with payrates shown for Weekday, Saturday, and Sunday work.

Qualifications

• NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 in health care is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and support to a client with complex needs (e.g., challenging behaviour, autism, non-verbal).
• Support the client with daily living activities and ensure safety and dignity in the home setting.

Job Title: Paediatric Care Assistant

Location: Sutton Coldfield

Payrate: £14.42 per hour (Weekday) £15.45 (Saturday) £16.48 (Sunday)

Hours: Weeknights: x3 shifts a week - Mon - Sun | Days 7am - 9pm
