What You'll Be Doing
As a Care Assistant, you will visit customers in their own homes and provide person-centred support based on their individual needs.
Your responsibilities may include:
Providing companionship and emotional support
Supporting with personal care, including washing, bathing, showering, dressing and toileting
Supporting customers with safe mobility around their home
Providing medication support in accordance with the customer's care plan and your training
Preparing meals and drinks
Supporting with light household tasks, including cleaning and tidying
Running errands, grocery shopping and collecting prescriptions
Maintaining clear, detailed and accurate care records
Observing and reporting changes in a customer's wellbeing
Working collaboratively with colleagues, families and other healthcare professionals to achieve positive outcomes
Above all, you will help our customers maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life in their own homes.

Essential Requirements
Due to the community-based nature of the role, applicants must:
Hold a full UK driving licence
Have access to their own vehicle
Be willing to travel between customers' homes across Warwickkshire
Have the Right to Work in the UK
