Job summary

Northcare Residences Stirling is seeking committed Health Care Assistants to provide high-quality support to residents at Northcare Residences Stirling, Lower Bridge Street. The role offers permanent, full-time work with shifts across a 14-day cycle and weekend work.

Salary is £13.50 per hour, with on-site parking and strong staff support. Experience is preferred but not essential as full training is provided.

Job Description - Health Care Assistant

Location: Northcare Residences Stirling, Lower Bridge Street

Salary: £13.50 per hour

Hours: Full-time positions, working 7 shifts across a 14 day period. One weekend on, one weekend off.

Contract: Permanent

We are looking for compassionate and reliable Care Assistants to join our team and provide high-quality support to individuals in Northcare Residences. At Northcare, you are more than a care worker. About the Role

• Providing personal care and support to residents
• Assisting with washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Supporting residents with meals and hydration
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Promoting residents’ independence, dignity, and wellbeing
• Assisting residents with daily activities and social engagement
• Working closely with senior carers and healthcare professionals
• Maintaining accurate care records and reporting concerns appropriately

• Ability to work in a fast-paced care environment
• Previous care experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays where required
