Job summary

Bluebird Care Lincoln and South Lincolnshire is seeking a caring and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in Lincoln and South Lincolnshire. You will help clients stay comfortable at home, supporting daily living activities and following individual care plans.

We offer an enhanced bank holiday rate, full induction and ongoing expert training, flexible shift patterns, uniform and PPE, and ongoing career development within a friendly team with 24/7 support.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence or access to a vehicle.
• Compassionate and calm attitude essential for care.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions.
• Previous care experience is beneficial but full training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, personalised care tailored to each client.
• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Help with meals, nutrition, and hydration.
• Support with medications and safe disposal where required.
• Carry out light household tasks and maintain a safe home environment.
• Be a dependable, friendly face for customers and work as part of a team.
