Home Healthcare Connected is seeking a caring, reliable carer to support clients in Shrewsbury and surrounding areas. You will assist with personal care, meals, and daily tasks, visiting clients in their own homes.

A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required, with flexible shifts including mornings, days, evenings and weekends. Training is provided to help you excel in your role.

The Role

Supporting clients in Shrewsbury, Monkmoor, Copthorne, Sutton Farm, Whitchurch Road, Sundorne, Mountplesant, Heathfarm, Bomere Heath and surrounding areas, this is a community-based role, where you will assist with personal care, medication, and meals, visiting people in their own homes and travelling between client visits. For this role, a driving licence and access to a vehicle is required.
