Job summary

Cera Care Ltd in Redditch is seeking a dedicated carer to support clients at home across West Heath, Rubery, Frankley, Sellyoak, Bromsgrove and Redditch. You will assist with personal care, meals, and medications, visiting clients in their own homes, and traveling between visits.

A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required. We offer flexible shifts (mornings, days, evenings and nights) with every other weekend off, DBS paid, a company mobile, uniform, pension and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel to client homes and navigate local area.
• Empathy and compassionate communication with clients and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, assistance with meals, and medication management in clients' homes.
• Visit clients across Redditch and surrounding areas; travel between visits using own vehicle.

The Role: Supporting clients in West heath, Rubery, Frankley, Sellyoak, Bromsgrove, Redditch and surrounding areas, this is a community-based role, where you will assist with personal care, medication, and meals, visiting people in their own homes and travelling between client visits. For this role, a driving licence and access to a vehicle is required.
