Care Outlook LTD in Crowborough is looking for Care Assistants to support vulnerable adults at home, delivering personal care, companionship and practical help.

You will operate in a driving role, visiting clients in Eastbourne, Hailsham, Lewes and surrounding areas, with guaranteed hours and full training provided.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; comprehensive training provided.
• Must be able to assist with washing, toileting and dressing.
• Must be reliable, caring and empathetic.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as washing and dressing.
• Perform light housekeeping and domestic tasks.
• Observe and record changes in clients' condition and needs.

The Role

• Assisting clients with personal care (Washing, toileting, dressing etc.)
• Performing light housekeeping tasks.
• Observing, monitoring and recording keeping.

The Requirements

• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Caring, reliable, patient and compassionate.

Shifts available for Care Assistants

• 07:00am – 14:00pm
• 16:00pm – 22:00pm
• 19:00pm – 22:00pm
• Weekend availability required on a rotational basis, with schedules agreed in advance.

No experience necessary, as our starters are provided with a fully comprehensive training programme, in full.
