Job summary

CCH is recruiting for a Complex Care team member in Southport to support a client at home with mobility, personal care, Vent/Tracheostomy monitoring, catheter care, and PEG feeding. Medication administration and PEG feeds will be carried out as required, with emphasis on building rapport and family support at home.

Nurse-led training is provided, and DBS checks are free.flexible patterns, career growth, and full induction are offered to help you develop within CCH.

Qualifications

• Experience in Catheter Care, Medication Administration and challenging behaviours is essential for this position.
• Experience of Tracheostomy Care, Vent Management, PEG feed management would be beneficial but not essential, as Nurse-led training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• You will be supporting our client with mobility, personal care and monitoring their Vent and Tracheostomy.
• You will care for Catheter and PEG Feed, administer medication and PEG feeds as required.
• You will ensure the client and their family are supported, building rapport and trust for home care.

Job Description

You will be supporting our client with a congenital condition with their mobility, personal care, monitoring their Vent and Tracheostomy, caring for their Catheter and PEG Feed, administering medication and PEG feeds as required and ensuring they and their family are supported, building rapport and trust so they can continue to be supported in their own home.

Qualifications
