Job summary

Choices Homecare, part of the Optimo Care Group, is hiring Care Assistants to support clients across Southport (PR8/PR9). The role offers £13.51 per hour with flexible full-time or part-time hours, plus a mileage allowance and genuine career progression opportunities.

You will provide personal care, help with daily living tasks, and build strong relationships with service users and their families. A UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required for certain routes.

Responsibilities

• Support people with personal care, including washing, dressing and toileting.

• Support emotional wellbeing and identify changes in needs.
• Keep accurate records and communicate clearly with colleagues.
• Help maintain a clean, safe and comfortable home environment.

Choices Homecare are seeking Care Assistants for our clients in locations across the following Southport Regions: PR8 and PR9

Rate of Pay: £13.51 per hour

Flexible full-time and part-time hours available

Mileage allowance, and genuine career progression

• Previous care experience is helpful, but not essential.

What to expect in this role

• Care is delivered 7 days a week between 07:00 and 23:00
• We ask for a minimum of 20 hours per week
• Every other weekend availability is required

What you will do

• Support people with personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting
