Altogether Care is seeking a Care and Support Worker to help people live independently at home across the community in the Dorchester/Weymouth area.

You will travel across Weymouth and surrounding areas to provide personal, physical, and emotional care, supporting clients to stay confident and connected. The role includes driving, flexible shifts, and the chance to grow within a family-run provider.

Care And Support Worker - Competitive Salary - £13.80 to £14.30 Per Hour

Hours and Shift Patterns

• Morning and evening shifts with various start times, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable).
• Morning-only shifts, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable).
• Evening-only shifts, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable).
• Weekend-only positions covering mornings and/or evenings.

Please note that availability to work every other weekend is a requirement for most weekday positions.
