Job summary

Altogether Care Llp is seeking a Care and Support Worker to provide in-home care across Salisbury and surrounding areas. You will travel to clients’ homes, delivering compassionate, personalised care to help people stay independent and safe in their daily lives.

We offer full-time/part-time shifts, welcome bonuses, funded induction, ongoing training and progression opportunities, plus mileage support and wellbeing benefits. A driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required.

Care And Support Worker - Competitive Salary - £13.80 to £14.30 Per Hour

Hours and Shift Patterns

To provide consistent care to our clients, we offer the following shift pattern

• Morning and evening shifts with various start times, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable).
• Morning-only shifts, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable).
• Evening-only shifts, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable).
• Weekend-only positions covering mornings and/or evenings.

Please note that availability to work every other weekend is a requirement for most weekday positions.
