Altogether Care is seeking a Care and Support Worker to provide personalised home care across the Axminster area. You will visit clients, travel between locations, and support independence with compassionate, reliable care. A competitive hourly rate is offered with a permanent contract and structured progression opportunities.

The role requires driving and flexibility for varied shifts, including weekend work where applicable. DBS is required for successful applicants.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle are required.
• DBS check will be completed for successful applicants.
• Experience in care is a plus but not required.

Care And Support Worker - Competitive Salary - £13.80 to £14.30 Per Hour

Hours and Shift Patterns

To provide consistent care to our clients, we offer the following shift pattern:

• Morning and evening shifts with various start times, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable).
• Morning-only shifts, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable).
• Evening-only shifts, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable).
• Weekend-only positions covering mornings and/or evenings.

Please note that availability to work every other weekend is a requirement for most weekday positions.
